Not usable

I’ve bought this app, cause i want to have one application to view my apache, php und application logs.
I tried two hours to get my php logs to work, but the extractor is not usable for me. I found no documentation.
Also it’s not possible to delete an imported stream. It seems like there is some basic features missing.
For this money i would expect somethig else.
